                               		   Hi everybody!!

I'm Angel, from the Barcelona underwater hockey team (Spain). I am writing to you to ask for information on your various championships and tournaments in which we might be allowed to participate. We want to increase our game level simply because we have such a small league in Spain with only 5 teams to compete against. Although we are organizing our 5th championship in February 2004, we feel that we need to compete in more matches to improve our level. At the moment we are looking for local championship matches around Europe to which we can send our teams to compete, we are looking primarily at matches based in France, Holland and England (because of the travel expenses...)

We have setup a web site ( www.hockeysub.net ) and we would like to create a uniquely European championship calendar. We think this would be an excellent way for smaller teams to improve their level by participating in as many championships as possible, also it would be of benefit to the bigger teams because they would be bringing other teams up to their level and therefore making the field more competitive throughout Europe.
