Hi Barbarians
For those of you in the colder reagions the weather has been week after week
hot, hot hot!!!!<br>
The way I see it the Barbarians (in SA) once again gave World UWH a boost
and showed the all good players of the South how the game really should be
played and can be played. It was wonderful to see. I guess for guys like
Henk, Claude, Steve, Le Dutchie, Tom-Tom and the others it was a "chance in
a lifetime" to be able to play such "Text book UWH". I have never - and I
can assure you most people too have never - seen such games. Game after game
the Barbarians did the things UWH books and manuals are written about .....
it was absolutely fantastic. I again was blessed with the task and honour to
coach you guys. Not that you needed any coaching. Again I say FANTASTIC ....
the things UWH-dreams are made of.<br>
The team was Sandor, Tom-Tom, Steve, Jean, Pieter, Henk, Claude, Eben, Gavin
and Bennie. Other that played per invitation were Leon (Baby Barbarian
2001), Brent (SA Bok Captain U19 in 2001 and Baby Barbarian 2002) and Patric
(one game). Sorry some of you guys could not make it.<br>
